Class 3 / NFA Items
As a licensed Class 3/SOT dealer, we facilitate the transfer of suppressors, short-barreled rifles, and other NFA items.
Suppressors Available In-Store
We have many suppressors available in person to look at and purchase. This will save you the transfer fee! We are very competitive on our pricing and offer 2 month layaways on all of our suppressors.

Find the suppressor or NFA item you wish to purchase from an online dealer.

During checkout, select Middletown Firearms as your transferring FFL dealer.

The seller will contact us for our FFL/SOT information to arrange the shipment.

Wait for the item to be approved for transfer and shipped to our store. This is a Form 3 transfer and can take several weeks.

Once the item arrives at our store, we will call you to come in and begin the eForm 4 application process.

Use our in-house kiosk to submit your fingerprints and photo. Your information is stored locally and only shared with the ATF/FBI.

After submitting the eForm 4, the wait for ATF approval begins. We will notify you immediately once your tax stamp is approved.
GOA Membership Credit: Purchase a suppressor and sign up for a GOA (Gun Owners of America) membership, and we'll apply a one-time $25 credit to your invoice to help pay for your membership. Customer must provide a receipt of their GOA membership purchase.
Sign Up for GOAWe offer our own in-house kiosk that stores your information locally and is not shared with anyone other than the ATF/FBI. We like to keep complications down and speed up the process.
Prior to your appointment we need you to do a couple things and have them ready for your scheduled date.

Create an EForms account at HERE.

Securely write down or remember your login information along with:
- A.Valid Virginia driver's license or Virginia Identification Card that is in date.
- B.Your Login Username
- C.Your Login Password
- D.Your PIN number. (You will create this when creating your account)

A Note on ATF Wait Times
Use our in-store kiosk for your Form 1 application with digital photo and fingerprint capture.
Note: We do not provide physical copies of fingerprints. All data is digital and submitted electronically.
